Some people wonder how the New York Cumorah/Ramah fits with the rest of Book of Mormon geography.
There are as many ideas as there are people who think about that questions.
The prophets have said two things:
1. Cumorah/Ramah is in New York.
2. We don't know the location of other Book of Mormon sites in the New World.
[Note: D&C 125 suggests, but does not explicitly state, that the Nephite Zarahemla was across the river from Nauvoo.]
Beyond that, people can reach their own conclusions.

The statements from the prophets make good sense. There are thousands of possible Book of Mormon sites, on top of many more that have been obliterated by subsequent civilizations (particularly the European farmers and developers).
Theoretical settings range from a limited geography in western New York to an entire hemispheric setting, which Orson Pratt famously advocated in his footnotes in the 1879 edition of the Book of Mormon. To his credit, Pratt clearly distinguished between what was fact (e.g., the New York Cumorah/Ramah) and what was his speculation (e.g. Lehi landing in Chile).

For what it's worth, the overall map that makes the most sense to me is this one.
